Owon SDS7102 Screen Malfunction

Hello all,

I've recently acquired a new Owon SDS7102V... I decided to go with this scope over the Rigol per recommendations of several techs.  So far I've been generally satisfied, just minor annoyances with the control feel and such.  I was measuring a spectrum and all of a sudden two vertical white lines wiped across the screen and the scope completely froze! (See photos)  Cycling the soft power switch didn't do anything, I just had a white screen on boot-up.  After unplugging the unit for several minutes while I looked through the useless 'Troubleshooting' section of the manual I plugged it back in and all is well.  I repeated the measurement and left the scope measuring for several hours multiple times since with no problems.  Has anyone else seen this?
