That's a heck of a nice scope, I hadn't noticed the 1GHz upgrade. Maybe that's why these things are so shockingly expensive for a 100MHz scope.

From the factory the 100 MHz scope can be software unlocked to 200 MHz. The hardware was swapped out completely to upgrade to 1 GHz.

I have most likely the same problem.
unfortunately the links to the firmware seem to be dead, does anyone have a copy of the firmware that I need to flash?
