How to read from HP5316B via GPIB?

I connected this freq counter to the gpib and Im using labview to communicate with it. I was able to send few commands and something is happening on the screen, but there doesn’t seem to be a command for reading the current value. Also, counter gets stuck into some limbo mode when toggling between FN0-FNx commands. RE command sometimes resets the counter, but sometimes just doesn’t do anything…
User manual gives example for the basic like commands, but I dont know how that works over VISA..

Did anyone had any success with reading this counter via VISA drivers?
