Notice how those top 5 videos are put together by AI ! You can find many similar videos on Youtube for all kinds of stuff and they only re-iterate the manufacturer's marketing wank. There is zero original content / actual hands-on use in those videos.

The only thing this has to do with Aliexpress is the affiliate links, there are no competence behind it
-- Its often AI constructed, in the hope that some clueless character clicks any of the links, and the channel holder (who often has hundreds of such automated YT-channels) can piggybackride people's wallets, and coin up if anybody purchase anything.
The best thing you can do is to ignore it and don't give it any obs, unless you want Youtube to be flooded with more of this video garbage.
It's the same for Amazon with many thousands of such videos..
