GW Instek GFG 8020H Schematic

I'm looking for a schematic for the GW Instek GFG 8020H function generator, older analog model.  I have the user manual, which has some trouble-shooting info but really need to get a schematic.  Searched online to no avail.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
