Tonghui TH2822A Vs Der EE DE-5000 LCR meters. Which one to choose?

Hi to all,
I'm looking for a decent entry level LCR meter with ESR.
Test frequency is up to 10kHz for the Tonghui and 100kHz for the DE-5000.
Price is about US$190 shipped (no custom fees) for the first one and about US$120 shipped (+ custom fees) for the second.
I read the Tonghui can be hacked, adding 100kHz test signal.
Which one do you suggest?
