SIGLENT SDM-3055 Multimeter

Hi, I have the Siglent SDM3055 Multimeter with the latest firmware.  Version： V1.01.01.27R2

The problem is when you press TEMP all is working, as soon as you press CUSTOM SENSOR the meter hangs and you have to restart the meter.
Could anyone explain what is going on and is this normal. Is there something I am missing. What does Custom sensor do?

Just tested it after installing the same FW.
When I selected I noticed some memory key access and then I could go on.
My 3055 didn't hang. Can it be that it times out on a missing memory key?
