Firmware for R&S SMU200A - SOLVED

I just got a R&S SMU200A signal generator. When looking at the version info etc, it seems that there is a new firmware version for the instrument.
The users guide mentions version FW 3.20.286.xxx
The instrument I have is at version 2.20.360.142 (if I interpret the numbers correctly)
Now, I have searched on R&S website and other places, but I have not been able to find any firmware files for the instrument.
Maybe some here have newer ones, or links to where it might be located ?

These links arent available on their Homepage anymore. I dont know why but it happened to lots of links.

Thanks for that, I was about to get worried 
I found a section on their web with "firmware" for the SMU200A, but that was only showing some pdf file for some windows stuff, nothing else.
Anyway, thanks A LOT for the info!
