Farnell TSV70 unknown component value

Dear EEVblog users

Has anybody got this power supply? I need to know the values of capacitors C7 and C12 on circuit board 1. They should be visible on the right side after uncovering. In the schematic, there is no value next to this components, any BOM and i have no clue and no way to find out..

I would be very thankful for your help!!
