Fed ex broker phoned day before it got to my house and got my credit card number to pay for taxes GST/PST along with $10 CAD broker fee. Can't really say I had any interaction with Saelig other than going to the web site and ordering, just the way I like it. I don't like shopping. Don't know how they are when problems occur.
