HP 4155B Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer - SMU - Need Master Disk

Hi group,

I am looking for the Master Disk for a HP 4155B Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer. When I got the equipment it was displaying garbage on the LCD screen. I reseated one of the display connectors and now it shows:



Can anybody supply an image of the disk?

Thank you very much. I hadn't realized that the same firmware is used on the B and C models.

I downloaded the zipfile from Keysight. Copied the files onto four floppies. Installed the firmware into the machine and now I have a working unit.

I will have to work how to make the test fixtures.
