Followup on my previous post - I called into TE and of course they helped me out with no problems and applied the discount for me on the phone. There may be a Chrome plugin on my side screwing with the form, I run pretty heavy adblocking etc so it probably has nothing to do with them.

Now for the hard part - waiting for the MSO7054 to come back in stock! Thanks TE!

Edit: Even with the promo code, tax and shipping spoil it. What does it take to get free shipping on teq? Was going to grab the new UEI DM505 but it's ~ $10 cheaper on testequipmentdepot.com since free shipping and no tax (for now).
