Need help ,Lecroy WaveRunner 625ZI fail to boot！

Hi everyone, New owner of this unit.  Sorry to repeat the post. I want to ask experienced people for advice in solving my problem. I have a LeCroy 625zi. I plan to reinstall the system and find that there is a password. Therefore, I remove the BIOS battery. After installing it back, I can't start it again. The DOS interface is not displayed, and only the fan is working. I can confirm that the power supply is OK！And all output voltages are qualified！ How can I repair it?

doesn't help much... what menu are you in ?? Would be useful to see the left part of the screen...
Some service menu's are not applicable to all scopes, so maybe that's the case here ?? Therefor, need to see the left pane as well...
