Unit-T UT61E Capacitance measurements

I thought I put some Precision Caps across the UT61E to see how it compared to the quoted specs
here are the results.

Philips Triple
cap value = 10nF
meter reading = 10.064
+/- = %0.64

cap value = 100nF
meter reading = 100.73nF
+/- = %0.73

cap value = 1uF
meter reading = 0.9983uF
+/- = %0.17

Philips Single
cap value = 10uF
meter reading = 9.873uF
+/- = %1.27

Tetronix Tripple
cap value = 1uF
meter reading = 1.0154
+/- = %1.54

cap value = 100nF
meter reading = 103.03nF
+/- = %3.03

cap value = 10nF
meter reading = 10.305nF
+/- = %3.04

15nF @ %1
cap value = 15nF
meter reading = 15.086nF
+/- = %0.58

I dont know what tolerance the Tektronix Cap is.
