Does anyone have a manual or any experience with using a Nicolet Model 42?

A bit of a stab in the dark, but here goes.

Does anyone have any experience with using a Nicolet Model-42 4-MHz Programmable Function Generator? Built circa 1986.
I'm trying to work out some of the commands for it but some of the features have me stumped. Finding a manual for one of these is proving impossible so far. 

I have included a picture of what it looks like.
