USB power meter interop

Are USB power meters generally interoperable? Specifically Keysight vs Tek?

I thought for sure they are not, but then I see for Siglent SSG3000X, the ALC uses a remote power meter to do its magic. But AFAICT Siglent don't sell a USB power meter.
