Need cheap Single phase power quality analyser? (Mains Harmonics tester )

Hi,
We are testing an offline SMPS of 150W, and need a Mains Harmonics tester which can give the harmonics 1 to 39.
Do you know of the cheapest one?
We are testing to EN61000-3-2.

SMPS is from 100-265VAC

We know the Yokagawa WT210, and the Voltech PM1000, but wish to use the cheapest.

HA1600A is nice but £2150
