Does the Siglent SDS2202X-E Fan Run All the Time?

I just got a Siglent Technologies SDS2202X-E Oscilloscope. The fan started running right after I plugged it in. I powered it on with the front button and later powered it off. It then went through a shutdown mode. The fan is still running the next day. Is this normal?
