I have been restoring Advantest R3265A for a long time and I need this amplifier.
It is applied in several places in the device.
Maybe someone has the R3265A IF-board or another Advantest spectrum analyzer for parts from the mid-90s?

TOP MARKING - A-7111
mark in the service manual - SHB-001655 video amp

Can you post the part of the schematic it is in? That could serve as pointers to what kind of part it is. Likely it is a custom part but maybe there are alternatives.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.

Looks lumpy, probably a hybrid. Good luck!

This is a step amplifier, which consists of four such ICs. I think that pin 3 - gain selection will create a problem with replacing with a conventional amplifier.
