Elejoy solar panel multimeter

I stumbled across these PV MPP testers for 60-80€ on AliExpress, haven't done much research on them yet...

They're said to be able to test up to 1.6kW, I'm curious to how they'd go about that in a handheld device. I'm assuming they find MPP in a very short time and user has to wait for the device to cool between measurements.
