I will be very gratefull. I cannot find any downloadable firmware for the DSO1000E on the Hantek's site. How did you get the firmware? Should I send email request to someone from Hantek?

yeah, i just email Hantek support, and they provided me this firmware.

DSO8000E is supposed to accept Arbitrary Waveform functionality.
But I haven't been able to load an arbitrary waveform from a PC or from a USB stick.
Anybody kowns how to operate it?

I'm looking at buying the Hantek DSO1102E, but saw mention of the isolated version (DSO1000ES series) earlier in this thread.  Any thoughts as to availability?  Google only comes up with the listing on Hantek's website, but it looks incomplete, and no one seems to be selling it.

Just to close the loop, I contacted Hantek and the isolated series (e.g. DSO1102ES) is not available.
