Need acquisition board for parts - TDS754D

Not sure of all the board numbers that fit a low s/n TDS754D scope.  Need it for parts to replace a couple bad IC's on an otherwise good board.  My board is a 679-4166-01, but understand at least one other board is compatible.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks
