I have a fluke 93 50 MHz scopemeter which does not power up, i am trying to find the correct version of the manual as my unit has an A1 Digital board with the six LCD driver chips as in the attached picture and not the 5 chip board as seen in the only versions of the service manual I've found online so far.

i need the correct version to allow me to troubleshoot the On/Off circuit, i have high hopes as when probing with my oscilloscope i must have pulled something low that turned the unit on (just once and i cant replicate whatever i did

Does anyone have the full service manual and the layout diagrams for the fluke 93 with A1 Digital board with the 6 LCD driver chips

Hi David,
yes i have tried the tech support website with no luck. The only place i have seen the version i need mentioned is on a thread on here, that is where my picture attached is from and it shows the A1 digital board with 6 LCD controller chips (the same as mine) I am looking for the rest of the manual that the pic i have attached originates from. i need it for the ON/OFF circuit layout and description and test point positions, thanks for the link but i have that version already and it is for the a1 board with 5 LCD driver chips  and basically a different digital board layout

The Model 93-95-97 manual linked above does indeed have six LCD driver ICs, these are three HD61104A and three HD61105A chips.

The board you have pictured in your post is the Digital A1 PCB from the Fluke 105 Series II Scopemeter Service Manual. The earlier Model 93 does not have provision for a backup button cell battery holder (G1300). If this particular board is indeed fitted to your Model 93 ScopeMeter, it certainly wasn't built that way from the factory.
