My BM867s does not have a LoZ function.
This hasn't been a problem for me, though when I eventually get a second handheld, I will be looking for one. It really only comes up if you want to discharge a cap that stores its charge for a long time, and most of the large caps I've worked with either have a bleeder or are directly powering circuitry that uses up the charge on them quickly after being powered down. There's also other methods for discharging such a cap, though it is nice to do it through something with a decent CAT rating.
