It looks the same as the Siglent SDS-1102CML.  For the money, you'll probably be far better off with the Rigol DS-1054Z or the GW Instek GDS-1054B (if you need 4 channels and can live with 50MHz maximum bandwidth) or the GW Instek GDS-1102B (if you need 100MHz and can live with 2 channels).

What will you be using the scope primarily for?
