Sencore Test Leads

Hey guys picked up a sencore ha2500 without test leads. I'll probably have to make my own (or if anyone knows where to get some let me know).

Anyone know the construction of:

Sencore 39G470 Load & Ringer Test Lead
and
Sencore 39G469 Dynamic Test Lead


I'm not so worried about 39G481 B+ Supply Lead since it's a direct lead.
