HP 3478A service manual IC U102

Hi ,
i have got the service manual of HP 3478A; on page number 149  schematic of current source(programmable current source) is given.It is used to select the value of particular resistor to change the current; for switching  P-MOSFET is used and it is designated as U102 but nowhere i could find the part number.can any one help me?

It looks like a custom componet if it is the fet array.
it is part number:   1qf7-0067
and it looks to be possible to still buy one from here:
