Hantek laboratory power supply HDP4324B Ethernet problem

Hi, Not long ago I bought a HDP4324B laboratory power supply, but it has a problem with Ethernet. Immediately after connecting the network cable or after turning on the power with the lan cable connected, the laboratory power supply hangs completely and only a restart helps.
I suspect it's a software bug related to network packet size, I've already written to the manufacturer but at the moment he's not responding.
Maybe one of you has a newer version of the firmware than my H-008-01-02.02.02

I have ordered an hdp4424 for quite some time and they have not sent it to me, maybe they are having problems to solve, and the product is still not available?... please, I am very interested in hearing about your experience, and I am looking forward to seeing a video or photographs of the inside of the instrument...thank you!...:-)
