E4407B Frequency Response Adjustment (flatness)

Has anyone figured out how to this using SCPI? (which resisters to write to and how values are computed)
I really do not want to put out the $$ for the Keysight calibration software, if you can even get a license anymore.

Thanks to a post by Aiy, I was able to do a YTM (RYTHM) tune but would like to do flatness as well.
