Fluke 101 Meter Is It Decent Enough?

In the past 10 years I must have blown at least 10 fuses by mistake. Often I tried to measure voltage when the meter is setup for current. I use the the meter in current mode not to measure current because in my line of work it's better to measure current with a current clamp meter. I use the meter in current measurement function as a jumper and then forgot to put it back for measuring voltage.
