Integration of Pulses on Rigol
« on: August 19, 2021, 11:53:16 am »
Hi,

I have a Rigol DS 1102 Z-e and wanted to integrate some pulse (in fact a light flash).

I have a trigger, I get nice curves.

Then I used MATH to switch on integration and after fiddling with the knobs I got a nice integration curve. However...

Where does it tell me the area of that curve?

While looking though the manual I also found the auto measure function which als gets an integration and tells the area (but is not that sophisticated and only uses the whole screen), but why is that not shown in the MATH part? What do I miss? I can also track or position the cursors, but no area under blue function curve?

The image shows my try. The yellow Area is the auto-measure function.

Cheers,
carsten

Wow thanks! Not sure if I had found that myself over time :) And the Statistics! Sweet!

Cheers,
Carsten
