Gw Instek oscilloscope screen flicker issue

Hi there,
I am experiencing screen flicker problem with the GwInstek oscilloscope. You can take a look at it the short movie http://youtu.be/S8nVNjwVHP4 . The symtoms are as follows.
1. On first time plugin to the wall outlet and switch on the scope, I here couple of clicks inside the scope but screen does not showup. the system does not bootup. So now I leave the connection on for about 5 mins.
2. After about 5 mins, I switch on again, it boots up and enclosed video captures the boot sequence. It first shows the screen properly but once it comes to the main screen it starts flickering showing some horizontal lines tearing the entire screen. It makes it hard to see the waveforms and screen content.
Does anybody faced similar issue ?
