that the commonly used industry alternatives in that price range are cow shit and that it has fast sampling with one range that covers everything with increased resolution so you don't need to twist a knob to get from 1 amp to 2 amps full scale?
like a good meter might have a 100V range, a 1000V range *unless its specialized*, where a cheap meter will some how reduce costs by having a 15V range, a 30V range, a 60V range and so on, because the cost of the mechanical switch and 500 voltage dividers, board area and solder joints and inspections is some how less then a solid high range ADC. (scary). Maybe they save on LCD's too because they only need 3 digits rather then 4-5. Of course it drives you insane with OL or 0.03 all the time. Those cheap multimeters are as friendly to use as a fucking null voltage comparator.
