Artek manuals digital download orders working again

Just wanted to share with everyone that I was able to get my digital download order filled from Artek Manuals (http://artekmanuals.com).

As many people are now aware, the owner of Artek Manuals passed away in April. His widow has been keeping the business running but so far has only been able to fill orders for manuals on CD placed through the ebay store (https://www.ebay.com/str/artekmedia). Orders placed through the website have been appearing to go through but are never fulfilled.

I've been messaging her through the ebay store over the last couple of weeks about an order I placed through the website on June 11th before I knew about the issues with the site. She's been very nice and helpful, and I am very happy to report that she was able to send me Dropbox Transfer links for all 10 of the manuals I purchased.

I gather from my conversation with her that she is finally getting the issues with the website straightened out. If anyone has an outstanding order they placed through the website that they haven't gotten a refund for, try sending her an email (Manuals@ArtekManuals.com) or a message through the ebay store. Send her a copy of your receipt (that's what I did) and she can probably get your order filled now. Just have some patience, she's still digging out.

For my part, I'm really happy with the manuals I purchased. It's a night and day between the Artek manuals and some of the crap scans Agilent put up back in the early 2000s.
