Agilent x3000 Bluetooth keyboard
« on: February 11, 2014, 02:39:13 am »
Has anyone been able to connect a Bluetooth keyboard to this scope? The scope works with a USB keyboard but it cant do much in the way of drivers for Bluetooth. To get around this limitation, I have also been looking for a Bluetooth keyboard emulator dongle and have yet to found one.

Logitech MX5500 works, plugged in the Logitech Bluetooth dongle and away it went. Needed to setup some new labels so tested it with that.

The dongle with most of Logitech's Bluetooth keyboards will work in a basic legacy mode, allowing you to use it in BIOS (to setup a motherboard).

It'll work in legacy mode, providing that the keyboard is paired with the dongle and not with the Windows software stack (if that makes sense).

I am using a Logitech K400 with my x3000 scope without a problem.
