Agilent "OEM" E3631A?

I found an Agilent E3631A triple output power supply locally. It has the "en_od_r mi_si_g puls_s" problem, but that's a simple fix. The display is bright, and the outputs put out. The only weird part is the model/serial decal lists the part number as E3631A OEM. Whazzup with that, and is there anything to be aware of or concerned about?

The front panel looks like any other E3631A. I've attached pictures.
