Agilent MSOX2000 Digital Probe Pin Out
« on: April 07, 2015, 06:45:20 am »
Hey Guys I am trying to adapt an IDE cables and some probes to build a home made MSO probe setup, for a MSOX2022A.

I found http://literature.cdn.keysight.com/litweb/pdf/5968-4632E.pdf

This is a great document and shows all the pin outs.

Does there need to be any capacitors or resisters in line to the probes from the MSOX IDE type connector?

In same documet you can find passives in probe heads.

https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/dsox2000-and-3000-series-licence-have-anyone-tried-to-hack-that-scope/msg365750/#msg365750

Probe axcts as 10:1 divider, series resistor 90.1k is mandatory!
