Agilent ESG-D 4433B Signal Generator motherboard bad EEPROM, HELP

Hello,

I recently purchased a ESG-D 4433B signal generator as non working. I first replaced the faulty LCD, but after that, I couldn't get the instrument to start. After some hours of searching I found out that the eeprom U106 (28c256) on the motherboard is empty (or dead), as I read only FFs from it.
Does anybody have the hex file of the contents of this chip? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
