Looking for E440xB Option 219 Noise Figure Measurement Hardware

Hello all. I'm looking for the hardware +28V driver module (A7A13 Noise Source Driver Assembly) for my E4402B.
(I've also posted this over in the Buy/Sell/Wanted, but some kind soul might help out a fellow amateur radio tinkerer with a spare card lying around.)

Once obtained, I plan to look at duplicating the design. It doesn't seem like it would be a difficult bit of hardware to create .. it just switches on/off +28V for the noise source. However, this option seems to be as rare as hen teeth.
