Yes of course you can use any similar calibration fixture for the job, but be aware the stated current and voltages of these fixtures is also an accuracy/sanity check for your probes.
The old Teks had a metal loop for the probe cal output that doubled as a current loop for checking current probes, some other scope cal outputs had a rated output (current) to scope GND for the same reason. However if you are confident with your setup and deskew is the only concern any capable AWG with a fast edge square wave and reasonable drive capability would serve your needs.
I've got one of the Siglent deskew units that I could do measurements on if there was something you'd like but I'm away from base until next week.
