Advantest R3681 Signal Analyzer - CAL Error - Prefilter Wide CF1

Hi,

Is there anybody in group have Advantest R3681 Signal Analyzer with working normal,

My unit have error in CAL system, If anybody have this unit, could you please send me the Window Ghost file, or maybe Cal File.

Any advice from the forum would be greatly appreciated to me.
