What's your question exactly? It's a good LCR meter and quite popular here. The only slight issue some people seem to have with it is that its inputs aren't protected. If you hook up a charged capacitor, you may damage the meter.

it is a very good lcr meter, it's hard to find a better bang for buck than this one.
you need $1k+ to have some really better instrument.

their called questions, interrogations sounds completely bizzare like your a cop

but I own a de-5000 and its a really good bargin because all the real LCR meters are usually really expensive. Good enough for protection filters and stuff. I don't know if its the right tool for prototyping high order higher frequency L filters but for typical lab stuff its great.

There are already few threads about the same thing, opinions on DE-5000 (and other choices), like:

https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/low-cost-cap-tester-esr-lcr-2018/
https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/recommendation-on-a-decent-lcr-meter/

And then a big thread about it specifically:

https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/der-ee-de-5000-unboxing-and-teardown/

There are more, revealed with the search box in the upper right, type in "DE-5000" and reserve some time for reading.
