Is there a difference between these two Solid State Relays?

Possible replacement: https://www.relayspec.com/specs/005510/WG_280_D.pdf

These two look similar, but the original has an extra pin that is supposed to be connected to the neutral. What is the purpose of that pin? Can the other SSR be used in place of the original?

the original is a zero crossing style one, I'm going to assume it only switches when active = neutral, where the other one is essentially just a switch,

I fixed the link for the second relay. It is too a zero crossing type but it doesn't have the Neutral connection
