recommend DMM up to 200€

Hello to all!
Couple days ago i burnt Extech EX470 DMM by measuring some high voltages. 
So i must buy new handheld digital multimeter , price up to 150-200 euros.
I am electronic technician, repairing lcd monitors, laptops, printers, scanners, faxes, power supplies, UPS and other electronics related equipment.
It is important that the DMM along TRUE RMS measurement of voltage and current, and resistance measuring with diode testing,  also have temperature measurement. Well, it will be good if also can measure frequency, with some decent bandwith if possible.
I don't need capacitance and inductance measurement and aditional parameter like ESR meter as i have LCR200 meter by Extech that have all that.

Very interesting to me are Agilent products but i want more recommendations, so freely drop some opinions.

BM869 is 180 euroes from tme.eu, should have everything you want and even has support for 2 simultaneous temps. I've got one and I love it.

You cannot go wrong these.  They are both CATIV/1000V, as high as it gets, built like tanks, and have very good input protection against high voltage. I tested my BM869 to 5000V and it still works perfectly. I like mine so much I purchased a BM257 to have as a smaller "toolbox" meter and I am considering buying a BM525 for the high speed standalone long recording/logging.
