Maybe in 10-20 years such a thing will be a reality but right now call me skeptical. I wonder what it's actually capable of? Maybe it's using one of the various RTL SDR chips? Those were a breakthrough, a simple hack of a commodity part dropping the cost of SDR an order of magnitude or more so maybe the same will happen eventually for specrum analyzes.

I'm not expecting the world from it, but in an aluminum case and allowed to get up to temp, I'm hoping it'll be sufficient for ISM filter development/antenna tuning/matching type work.
