Help identify device

Hi All,

First post.

I have several VMMD-S1498-Q100-K100 devices. These are fantastic RF amplifiers/modulators.

Spent some time characterising one unit based on the very limited information I could find.

With out notice, this post is to see who may know more and has further explored other pin function?

Any feedback is welcome.
