« on: February 02, 2024, 12:10:07 pm »
I see a few swr meter couplers  for hf,most use two torroid coils, both of mine have more,my diamond hf unit has 4 just for hf,the uhf coupler is simmilat to a bird type asensor, why the different number of coils used, apart from cost?what is best 2 or 4?.

There are lies, damned lies, statistics - and ADC/DAC specs.
Glider pilot's aphorism: "there is no substitute for span". Retort: "There is a substitute: skill+imagination. But you can buy span".
