Looking for any examples of applying SD2933 LDMOS FET(s) for 144MHz/2M band

The SD2933 datasheet specifies to 150 MHz and there are numerous ham/commercial amplifier builds using the device up through 50 MHz/6M band. Although the device may not be as efficient or lack gain, I'm interested in applying it (preferably a pair in push-pull) on 144 MHz/2M band, but haven't seen or been able find any articles/discussions on that use case. Have you seen such a discussion? Tks, 73 Dave
