I'd to hear the opinions/reviews of this DDS signal generator before I buy one

Is there something better out there than this? Maybe something smaller or with better noise performance and a cleaner spectral output? The same or a wider frequency range would be good.

I just want to use it for FM receiver alignment and I need something with an FM sweep facility and an accurate attenuator. The one above is good because it can be developed further and the Arduino helps with understanding how it all works. I'd like to hear what other people think. Thank you.
