I'm not an RF engineer or have too much RF experience.
But is there a way to calculate a PCB antenna attenuation ?
Or how do you measure it ?

Simulators like Microwave Studio are the best way to get a proper set of measurements for antenna designs.
I'm not entirely sure about the term "antenna attenuation" here, are you referring to its power loss?

Thanks for you answer, and when I refer to attenuation I was referring to antenna power gain or loss.
